Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy

1. All bookings are final and non-refundable except in the case of Clauses (4) and (5).

2. Replacement / substitution are allowed, up to 1 week before the event at no extra charge.

3. Lighthouse Independent Media reserves the right to alter the program without notice including the substitution, amendment or cancellation of speakers and/or topics.

4. In the case of a webinar postponement where you are unable to attend on the new date/s given, Lighthouse Independent Media will provide you a credit ticket for another webinar.

5. In the event of the webinar you have registered for is cancelled by Lighthouse Independent Media or the inability of the trainer to be present for the webinar, you will be given a credit ticket to attend another webinar. Should you not be able to find a suitable webinar topic for the credit ticket, a full refund will be made to you.
