Juliana has a background in Innovation from Stanford US, International Business Management from INSEAD, IP Law from NUS, and Computer Science from Loughborough UK. Most recently, Juliana is awarded as CIO50 by IDG (Asean), Digital Leader of the Year by Women in IT (Asia), and Analytics100 by MachineCon. Juliana acquired a diversified and international working experience at various entities from start-ups, multinationals corporations and for the government in the past 17 years. She is also an inventor to six patents/applications and designs for innovation in medical technologies. 

Before Essilor, Juliana is Head of Digital Transformation at NTUC Income, Singapore-based composite insurer with $37 billion assets in management. At Income, Juliana digitally transformed a full suite of core business across Life, Health and General insurance within 2 years. Juliana has also previously served as Director of Strategic Partnerships with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (International) where she forayed the flow of work from conglomerates in US, Japan and China into the Singapore office.
