Kirsty McKay is currently Coates Hire’s Group Manager – Digital Transformation. She’s responsible for creating a digital landscape which meets customer needs & expectations in alignment with company goals. Kirsty has created a multi-discipline team which is delivering changes across numerous digital platforms, with quality and speed-to-market at the fore.
With over 15 years of portfolio, program and project delivery experience, Kirsty specialises in translating strategic objectives into business outcomes, and is adept at navigating the complex cultural, process and technological changes that this often requires. Kirsty brings energy and enthusiasm to her projects and is driven by a competitive spirit and a desire to create positive win/win outcomes.
When she’s not found transforming businesses, she’s mostly found applying her project management capabilities to help her juggle life with a busy toddler.
