Stuart has worked with marketing technology agencies for over 15 years. Starting in the UK, he worked with clients including Tesco Bank, Honda, Fiat, Oxfam and RAC; defining, developing and supporting marketing solutions to consolidate customer understanding and deliver customer communications. As a leader of agency teams, Stuart has worked with clients across the technology landscape to develop true partnership models.

Shortly after moving to Australia in 2014, Stuart joined AKQA. Since then he has spearheaded the marketing automation practice for clients such as Tourism Australia, Officeworks, Fairfax NZ and Bupa, delivering new capabilities for cross-channel personalised marketing. Stuart now leads the Insights and Personalisation offer within the Sydney office. Responsible for data insights and marketing automation, he is focused on transforming and delivering customer experiences.
